BBS PU[PIR] rigid insulated panel used in the thermal insulation of building, the thickness of the panels is 20-60mm, and the width is 1200mm, the length is depend on your requirement. The surface layer of the two sides is embossed aluminmum foil, maybe kraft paper, colour tin or nothing. The density of polyurethane foam is about 45kg per cubic meter, and we can prove it to 65kg per cubic meter according to your requirement.
According to the examination reports of Supervision and Test Center of China, the heat conductivity is 0.020-0.026W/(m.k), the water absorption is 2.2-3.6%, the compressive strengh is 228kPa, and the stability of size is 0.3%.
